Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective crating and packaging to ensure they remain safe during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Once approved, schedule a pickup with our specialized furniture couriers or drop off smaller items at an authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item for pristine condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
